Esport Arena goes Nordic

We are Nordic

Our experiences from the Winter League in January 2026 was very positive. Teams from Sweden, Denmark and Iceland made an impact on the tournament – both on the scoreboard and by contributing to our community with good sportsmanship.

Our friendly rivalry can be taken to new heights by establishing a new eco-system for Nordic tournaments on a regular basis. Esport Arena is up for the challenge, and under the slogan «We are Nordic» our plans for future Nordic tournaments and scrims have been lined out.

We want to give players a complimentary tournament system, that can co-exist with existing national leagues and of course PUBG Nordic. Hopefully we will also see teams from Finland participating in upcoming events.

Upcoming Events

We will take care and make sure teams in lower divisions will meet teams on their skill level, while higher divisions will get even better competition. Sounds like a win-win for us.

For the future of PUBG FPP

Are we doing this to earn more money? Nope, we are still planning on free participation for all teams!

Our motiviation is simple. We want to make sure there is a vibrant PUBG community that can continue to play PUBG FPP on a competitive scene. for both low, mid and high tiered teams. To have that also in the years to come, we need to look beyond each country’s borders. When teams with the same passion come together from all Nordic countries our community will become stronger and more durable.

What about Krafton? With Krafton focusing on TPP, we see more opportunities than problems. We have our sight set not only on Nordic countries, but on EMEA. We believe there can be a chance of something new emerging, and in our opinion a player based and voluntary initiative like Esport Arena can take a position here. This is why we have taken an initiative to create Esport Union, an international organization that could become the future common ground for lifting up new, immersive and innovative e-sport and tournament experiences.
