E-SPORTS ON A VOLUNTARY BASIS
Esport Arena was founded on April 11, 2025 as a voluntary association.
The fact that we are a voluntary association means a lot - it means that the organization is not owned by individuals, and there are no shares or assets. In other words, no one is going to make money from the players; on the contrary, we only focus on providing the best possible offer to the players with the support of our solid partners.
Esport Arena is an alternative that brings together all voluntary clubs and teams and gives them a platform to stand on. Esport Arena ensures that individual players do not have a monopoly on offering Norwegian e-sports. In the long term, this is not appropriate for the offer and conditions for the players. It is therefore in the interest of all players that we have a voluntarily run alternative that is free and open to all.
Esport Arena is founded and run according to the core model of Norwegian sport, based on volunteerism and a solid foundation of values.
With us, you can rest assured that the only thing that is emphasized when decisions are made is our passion for e-sports and Fair Play, and that the focus is on how we can use our resources to achieve sporting development and the most possible activity for the players.
To ensure stability and accountability, the board of the voluntary association is self-perpetuating. Board members are not remunerated, the work that is done here is, like most things in this organization, pure volunteerism and passion for e-sports.

OUR VISION
Esport Arena is the natural meeting place for Norwegian gamers, by offering a community and a platform for Norwegian leagues in the biggest games, innovative tournament concepts, and opportunities for everyone to arrange their tournament free of charge on our platform.
Our core values of positivity, respect, inclusion, responsibility and health must form the basis of all our work. Our focus will be on grassroots sports, but we will also provide opportunities for top-level initiatives and support talent at both individual and team level.
To achieve our vision, we need to offer players a complete ecosystem with the best structure and functionality to create an inclusive community and conduct high-quality competitions.
We work on a long-term basis, and are dependent on strong partners and a broad volunteer spirit.
