Important information: We are moving to a new platform

Over the past few weeks, we have shared that new websites and a new platform are on the way. We have now reached the point where we are ready to make the transition.

Night to Sunday, we will carry out the cutover from the current solution, with the new platform planned to open on Sunday at 08.00.

We are fully aware that this is happening very close to the start of Scrims Sunday and Norgesligaen PUBG on Monday, and that many teams are currently making final adjustments to players, rosters and profiles. The timing has therefore been carefully considered.

Why are we doing this now?

The old platform has had several issues over time that affect the tournament experience, including bugs and instability related to the drop map and other functionality.

At the same time, if everything goes according to plan, we want to use Sunday evening's scrim as a final practical test of the new solution before Norgesligaen begins on Monday.

After an overall assessment, we therefore believe it is better to make the transition now, so that Norgesligaen can start on the platform we believe provides the best foundation for the season ahead. And of course be ready for the Nordic Championship later this autumn.

We also understand that changing systems this close to the start of the league may be inconvenient, and we apologize for any challenges this may cause for teams and players.

What does this mean for you?

We have prepared the new platform so that existing users can recover and migrate their accounts and data. When the platform opens, we will:

• publish a clear guide explaining how to access your account
• assist players and teams who experience problems with the migration
• closely monitor any errors or issues throughout Sunday
• use Sunday evening's scrim as a final practical test before Norgesligaen begins

Why are we changing platform?

This is more than just a new website. The new solution has been built to give us a better foundation for tournaments, team management and the continued development of Esport Arena.

There will almost certainly be things that need adjusting after launch — that is difficult to avoid with a transition of this size. However, we believe the new platform will provide a better and more stable tournament experience overall.

We ask for a little patience during the transition period, and we will do our best to help everyone get ready before Norgesligaen begins.
